I'm newly out of UofT's MScAC program and figuring out the next chapter.

Most of my attention is going toward full-time roles where machine learning, biology, and drug discovery overlap. I'm especially interested in research work around representation learning, generative models, scientific AI, and computational biology.

I've also been tinkering with my own agent setup. Poke was the thing that made this click for me: it made software feel unusually frictionless, and it pushed me to start trying to build a version of that feeling into my own workflow with Hermes Agent.

Right now that mostly means small, practical tools: keeping my Obsidian vault useful, wiring agents into things I actually care about (e.g., email, personal knowledge base), and building plugins (really just skills and MCP servers) for my Hermes Agent to better proactively help me, like giving it access to sports data for world cup alerts 😅

Aside from that, I'm also working part-time at Indigo Park and watching a lot of World Cup; there's maple in my veins 🇨🇦!
